An Osteopath examining a patient in the Clouid Twelve osteopathy clinic

Osteopathy represents a holistic approach to health and wellness, with a particular emphasis on the musculoskeletal system. We use gentle, non-invasive, hands-on techniques (including spinal mobilisation, joint articulation, Myofascial Release, visceral manipulation and soft tissue work to name a few), combined with exercise rehabilitation, diet and lifestyle advice and osteopathic diagnosis to treat and prevent health problems. By improving the organisation and function of the musculoskeletal framework and addressing this in the context of broader obstructions to health, osteopathy can successfully help with a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Acute and chronic back pain, disc injury and sciatica
  • Headache, whiplash and sinus problems
  • Sports injury
  • Repetitive strain injury and tendonitis
  • Arthritic pain
  • Tennis elbow
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Gait abnormality or running injury
  • Digestive issues
  • Pre- and postnatal pain
  • Congenital muscular torticollis, reflux, colic, feeding issues and lactose sensitivity
  • Infant developmental problems such as Sever’s disease and Osgood-Schlatter disease

To book a session please phone/email the club or speak to our wellness reception desk situated on the first floor.
