Paolo Di Pierro

Founder

Paolo joined Cloud Twelve as project manager and technology officer, responsible for the management and operation of technology infrastructure, marketing and social media strategy.  

Paolo’s career in information technology and project management spans over a decade. At Ericsson, he developed broad-based technical expertise in process flows, supporting digitalisation and innovation. During his eight-year tenure there, Paolo worked as project manager and IT solutions architect, developing process optimisation solutions and software application programming to support its global customer base. 

At Cloud Twelve, Paolo works closely with the management team to ensure the technology infrastructure supports the club’s culture, mission and values. Paolo believes that technology, if managed correctly, can provide effective solutions to reduce a corporation’s environmental footprint. He strives to cultivate solutions to optimise the club’s operations, reduce waste and improve overall business efficiency. He is also involved in supplier selection, ensuring that their products and practices are aligned with Cloud Twelve’s ethics and quality requirements. 

Born and raised in Puglia, Italy, Paolo has a passion for cooking and creating authentic Italian recipes sourced from the simple and abundant produce of his homeland.

Paolo holds a BSc/MSc degree in telecommunications engineering and an Executive Master Certificate in project management, both from the Polytechnic University of Milan. 

Zhenya Rudman

COO

BSc

Zhenya has been part of the Cloud Twelve team since its inception, joining as the project director in 2015. Now general manager, Zhenya is responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the club’s operations across its spa, salon, wellness clinic, family space and brasserie facilities.

Previously, Zhenya managed a range of residential property developments, both in the UK and overseas. Her experience also includes working with start-up apparel brands, analysing, optimising and developing supply chains and production operations.

In a former role at AMG, Zhenya focused on consultancy services, overseeing international management assessment projects of executive board teams in top-tier financial and telecom institutions. Prior to this, Zhenya was a business developer in a boutique private equity firm, with a focus on the development of the world’s largest biomass (renewable energy) power plant. Zhenya holds a BSc in management and systems from Cass Business School. 

Victoria Cooper

Colonic Hydrotherapist and Hypnotherapist

ARCH, Hypnosis, certificate earned from CARA (accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council UK)

Victoria Cooper has been a member of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH), the leading professional body for UK hydrotherapists, since 2001. She is also qualified in hypnosis, with a certificate earned from CARA (accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council UK).

She began her therapist journey in Cape Town, studying natural modalities with Dr. Rex Johnson. Upon her return to England, she gained her qualification as a healer after a two-year clinical training to standards of the Confederation of Healing Organisations at the SAGB facility, then in London’s Belgrave Square. She continued her studies into all aspects of natural medicine with Dr. Ramses Seleem at the Sia Academy based in London, before focusing upon and undertaking her more detailed and practical training as a colon hydrotherapist with Dr. Milo Siewert.

She has worked at London’s Hale Clinic and EFMedispa.

Victoria was part of the ARCH working group developing National Occupational Standards for colonics, which were finalised in February 2018.

She held the position of Vice-Chair of ARCH from June 2017-June 2018.

Dr. Alvin Penalosa

Medical Doctor & Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner

GMC Registered & Certifications in dermal fillers for aesthetic applications, botulinum neuromodulation injections for cosmetic use, Profhilo injectables, as well as Aqualyx for fat dissolving.

Dr. Alvin listens carefully to the aesthetic goals of the patient and discusses treatment options in line with these goals to enhance the patient’s features in an age and ethnically appropriate way.

Kristina Kennedy

Integrative Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist

BA, Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapist accredited by the UKCP and member of BACP, PCC level transformative coach from the ICF, EMDR therapist

Kristina is an experienced Integrative psychotherapist trained in all the major models of Psychotherapy as well as an EMDR therapist. 

She is also a transpersonal psychotherapist for clients who wish to work on a deeper level through meditations, visualisations and creative work. Kristina is also an ICF PCC level transformation coach which enables her to combine a gold standard level of coaching and psychotherapy for those seeking a more structured coach-therapy approach.

She holds diplomas and degrees in Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, EMDR, Somatic Trauma Healing, Executive Function Skills, Communications, ICF Coaching and Montessori Early Years Pedagogy Education. She is currently also developing her work in consciousness at The School of consciousness.

Kristina brings together a variety of approaches and techniques that are specific to her work with you. Although her role is to listen and hold you through your process which she does, she also offers tools and ideas to help you cope and eventually let go of what you are suffering from.

Ged Ferguson

Acupuncturist

With over a decade of experience working in the Notting Hill and Kensington area, Ged's practice focuses on identifying emotional root causes of physical, mental, and behavioral problems. In order to experience true and authentic healing, it is necessary to uncover the root cause of disharmony.

Ged sees the body as a library of information that reflects our present experience and reflects our historical conditions. When the information held within the body is identified and addressed in a safe and supportive way, we can live our lives to the fullest.

As part of the 5 Element model of acupuncture, the emotional body and its energetic correspondences within the body's meridian system are treated, supported and balanced.

Bio-dynamic Cranio-sacral therapy focuses on listening to the body with a light touch, which encourages the body to release blocks and stagnation that impede the flow of vitality and life force.

Both systems can be offered as stand-alone therapies by Ged, but both are typically used within the same treatment experience.

Makiko Wood

Makiko, originally from Japan, specialises in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, and Energy Healing. She began her practice in 2018 and furthered her skills in advanced cosmetic acupuncture techniques at Acuregen in 2021.

Since she was qualified as a Reiki practitioner in 2008, she has explored several modalities of healing, including Quantum Healing, which she now practices in person and online. 

Makiko has dedicated herself to sharing the transformative power of cosmetic acupuncture in clinics in London. Her treatments address various skin concerns, including acne, pigmentation, dehydration, eczema, acne scars, wrinkles, sagging and other signs of aging. Sue Mills

Sue Mills is a Neuro-Muscular Activations therapist and musculoskeletal chartered physiotherapist. 

Sue qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in London in 1986 and then went on to work at UCH and other London hospitals before moving back south to Southampton hospital and then set up a private clinic in Hampshire in 1990.

Throughout her career, Sue has worked and travelled with numerous sports teams, including rugby, football, skiing, equine, sport, and many more as well as specialising in all MSK conditions, women’s health and more recently Parkinson’s disease. 

Sue’s career changed considerably 8 years ago, when she came across the work of Be Activated by South African physio , Douglas Heel. Be Activated is a unique and results driven manual therapy approach to pain, dysfunction, performance, and so much more.

Dr Mona Barzin

MBBS BSc MRCGP DRCOG DFSRH Dr Mona Barzin graduated from King’s College London in 2012, where her passion for women’s health began with a BSc in Maternal and Fetal Health. She initially pursued a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, training both in West London and at Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town. However, she soon recognised her broader interest in holistic patient care and chose to retrain as a General Practitioner. She completed her GP training through the St Mary’s Hospital scheme in 2019. Since then, Dr Barzin has worked as an NHS and private GP in a range of practices across Notting Hill and Kensington & Chelsea, gaining extensive experience in managing both acute and long-term conditions. Her clinical interests include lifestyle medicine, disease prevention, women’s health, menopause care, and the potential to improve or even reverse chronic illnesses through sustainable lifestyle changes. Dr Barzin is known for her compassionate and patient-centred approach. She values continuity of care and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, allowing her to create tailored health plans that are both effective and empowering.
