Salt Room Experience

Take a breath. Located in our thermal zone, the Salt Room offers a variety of health benefits from aiding in relieving respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, and allergies to clearing skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema and acne.

Once inhaled, salt particles absorb irritants from the respiratory system including allergens and toxins and excrete them. This natural therapy triggers anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-allergic responses in the body, as well as breaking down mucus, resulting in clearer airways.

The Salt Room is open to children on Mondays 9-12. Children need to be accompanied by a guardian. Please bring comfortable clothing for children. Advance booking required.
