Will works with breathing mechanics one-to-one on Harley Street and at Cloud Twelve. His approach combines connected breathwork, hands-on bodywork and therapeutic touch, rooted in Facilitated Breath Repatterning and his own experience of anxiety and breath dysfunction.
Will Twigden works directly with breathing mechanics - using Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), bodywork, and therapeutic touch to resolve the physical patterns that drive anxiety, tension, and chronic stress.
Unlike techniques that manage symptoms, this work addresses why the breath is restricted in the first place - releasing stored emotion, clearing limiting beliefs, and creating change that is felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.
