The first thing I notice about Cloud Twelve, if not the incredibly personable staff (“We’ll look after you” is exactly the thing I want to hear when walking into a spa!), then it’s the interiors. The entire place has been thought through, from the beautifully carved wooden lockers to the tree-like chandeliers and varying palettes. I feel like I’ve entered an oasis in the middle of an ethereal woodland in the middle of Notting Hill. That said, it’s not in any way kitsch. It’s a sophisticated affair, with bold prints, subtle eastern influences, and glam clientele who look like they’ve just walked off a Vogue shoot.
