Join us for an insightful evening with Will Twigden, exploring the powerful connection between breath, body, and emotional wellbeing.
Using Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), bodywork, and therapeutic touch, Will works with the physical patterns that contribute to anxiety, chronic stress, tension, and poor sleep. Rather than simply managing symptoms, his approach helps uncover and release the underlying causes of restricted breathing and nervous system dysregulation.
Through practical insights and guided experiences, you'll discover how breathwork and body-based therapies can support lasting change, helping you feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to yours
