Naturopathic Consultation with Jenya

- 1 initial consultation (90 minutes). During your consultation, I will do a 360-degree evaluation of your wellbeing, including ongoing health issues, supplements, diet and lifestyle addressing a variety of wellness goals - a healthy functioning digestive tract, better sleep, skin health, hormonal balance and fertility, immune health, energy and stamina. Everything in your body is connected and the cause of the problem is often more important than the symptoms.

- 45 minutes follow up* consultation to review, access progress and formulate next steps. 

- Personalised herbal prescription (cost of herbs approximately GBP80 not included)

- Written summary of wellness and lifestyle recommendations

- Personalised food plan

- Diagnostic tests (if required will be requested from the functional laboratories at an additional price, results will be assessed at the follow-up consultation)   

Optional Addition: Homeopathic Consultation 60 mins - £140

*Follow up consultation must be booked within 4 weeks of initial consultation over the phone or at reception desk.
